Leah Botko serves as the Director of Food & Nutrition for RSU 23, Old Orchard Beach Schools, and previously held the same role with Littleton Public Schools in Massachusetts. With more than 18 years of experience in school food service and over a decade in leadership, Leah holds a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics from Framingham State University. She is deeply passionate about Farm to School initiatives, Universal Free Meals, scratch cooking, empowering food service staff, and sharing the impact of school nutrition through photography and social media outreach.
